Mindful eating

Very often, many of us give up on combatting the challenges in our lives. Some, like Suguna Babu, overcome them by working on themselves. Her story, as told to Jamuna Rangachari, is given below,

I am Suguna Babu, and my age is 52. Born, brought up, married in Bangalore, and blessed with 2 Children and a homemaker. My passion is art, sketching, and painting. A journey from struggle to strength: How mindful writing transformed my life.

For years, I struggled with being overweight and unhealthily, and constantly feeling lethargic. I often found myself lacking the motivation to stay active. I was dealing with multiple health issues like hypothyroid, fatty liver, hormonal imbalance, body stiffness, UTI, severe lower back pain, snoring, and burping issues. All if this had a negative influence on me and adversely affected my physical health, my confidence, and my overall outlook on life.

I knew something had to change.

I initially turned to diet programs, joining two to three different plans and spending a significant amount of money to lose weight. I didn’t want to keep investing in temporary solutions.

That’s when I started to make a decision to take care of my health. 

While searching on YouTube for weight loss solutions, I came across Savikar Bhardwaj, a fitness and motivational mentor. After watching a few videos and reading a few reviews, I decided to join his 32-bar mindful eating class 

Savikar ji’s motivation talks played a huge role in helping me engage and be inspired. Unlike previous attempts, this journey didn’t feel like a burden if felt natural and enjoyable.

This course was easy, which was so important to me as I am a homemaker.

Within three months, I lost 10 kgs 8 inches from my abdomen.

But more importantly began to notice improvement in my health conditions. My energy levels increased, my body fell and the constant discomfort I once experienced started to fade away.

What truly changed was my mindset; my lifestyle habits transformed drastically. There was no pressure, strict diets, or negative thinking. Instead, I developed a healthier relationship with my food and myself.

Today, I feel more confident than ever when people notice the changes in me and appreciate my journey; it fills me with pride and motivates me even further.

End of it all, I do recommend people to try this course as it was very simple, effective, and it is affordable and easily accessible to everyone.

My journey does not end here; I’m going to continue to be healthy and fit throughout my life. I also hope to inspire and help others on their journey, just as I was inspired.

If I had to describe his experience in one word, I would call it a miracle.
